Hello guys! Whats up?
I probably look stupid asking that because there really isn't a clear way for any of you to answer but I feel like it would be mean not to. I dont know.
I'm very tired so I didn't really feel like posting but two super big things has happened and I thought I needed to share.
First of all -- I got my hands on my first Metal Gear Solid art book!!!! YAY!!!
I never EVER thought I would be able to get one but guess what?? I found it for super DUPER cheap at one of those second hand dot-com stores. And yeah, I just said dot-com like otacon in that one mgs2 codec
-- it's such a cute expression, by the way, I have to use it more often.
I wanted to show the book and scan some pages but work is sucking the energy out of me and I don't really want to leave my bed -- but definitely look out for that in the future.
Another big thing. Nettles! Is! OUT! If you didnt know you should go listen -- but if you don't care you can stay and read my thoughts, I guess -- okay i can't even pretend to be nonchalant, I still think you should listen. I LOVE THIS TRACK. I WISH I KNEW HOW TO IMPORT HEART EMOJIS.
Maybe this is just me connecting things that aren't related at all but the instrumental reminds me so SO much of my favoriteeeee music track from Red Dead Redemption 2. I don't think it has an official track name because it was never officially released -- in my household we simply call it "Chelonia music" -- it's the one from the mission We Loved Once and True II, I think? -- it's been a while since I played so im a little rusty. She did mention on her YouTube channel that she played through the game which I think is super cool and also kind of strengthens my belief that it's atleast a little inspired.
Other than that I don't really have much going on. I'm working as I said - and when i'm not i'm either playing videogames, listening to music or going on walks. I've started watching King of the Hill and that's really good. I haven't made any real progress on my cross-stitch yet -- but for those interested in more Gray Fox stuff, fret not -- I DID draw some fanart of him which you can find either on insta or bluesky.
I don't really care to link any of my stuff more directly because other than the future comic, I do not want to use this for marketing, at all. I'm still very much learning, but during my time on here I have genuinely fallen in love with coding and I want my portfolio and my comic site to be a expression of that rather than just another social media for me to be on. I hope you can see that.
